This Privacy Policy describes how Breezy Point LLC and its affiliates (“Breezy Point,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handle information collected through breezypointventures.com and any other website or property that links to this Privacy Policy (the “Site”).
By accessing or using the Site, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site. We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time at our discretion. Any changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms.

The Site is operated from the United States. Do Not Track
The Site does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals or similar mechanisms that some browsers transmit to indicate a preference regarding the collection of personal information across third-party websites and services.
Children
The Site is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under sixteen (16). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under sixteen.
